By accessing or enrolling in the services provided by TextALead (textalead.com), you explicitly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.The TextALead Lead Notification Service

TextALead is an automated local data aggregation tracking utility. We do not guarantee the closing rate, accuracy, or financial outcome of any business leads routed through our pipeline. Leads are provided strictly as real-time notifications of public local requests.

2.Messaging Program Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your mobile phone number on our onboarding enrollment form, you provide explicit written consent to receive automated transactional SMS text notifications from TextALead regarding business leads within a 25-mile radius of your ZIP code.

3.Rates & Frequencies

Message frequency varies based on local consumer demand in your selected hub and category. Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular network carrier provider.

4.Strict Opt-Out Policy

You can completely terminate or pause your text alerts at any time by replying or texting the keyword STOP, PAUSE, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to our sending number. An automated opt-out confirmation message will be sent, and text dispatches will cease immediately. To resume alerts, you may text START or RESUME.
